Advantages:

Неплохой вариант для отдыха и тех, кто любит жить в квартире со своим санузлом, кухней и стиральной машиной. Из окон открывается замечательный вид на горы и море. В квартире есть сушилка для белья, утюг, много посуды. Рядом с домом много продуктовых сетевых магазинов. Хозяин доброжелательный. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения, но нас встретили и пустили в квартиру, что было очень удобно, т. к. добирались издалека и хотелось быстрее помыться и отправиться на море.

Disadvantages:

Небольшой минус — удалённость дома от моря, идти до него пешком минут 20. Но нам такие ежедневные прогулки даже нравились. Квартира без евроремонта, но всё достойно.
