Деревянный одноэтажный домик на 2 номера с раздельными входами. Окна выходят в сад. В номерах сплит-система, холодильник, личная посуда, тв 24” с стандартными 20 каналами, вай-фай. В саду свой столик на троих. Туалет и душ в 12 м от номера ( один туалет на 3 номера эконом, один душ на 5 номером эконом). На территории располагается летняя кухня со всем необходимым для приготовления пищи, гладильная доска с утюгом, мангальная зона, небольшой детский уголок, качели. Парковка есть как на территории так и перел ней , ведется видеонаблюдение. До моря идти 650 м по ул. Пограничной. Тротуары в плитке, пол пути в тени сосен идти до моря. Рядом магазины, напротив уютное открытое кафе «Подворье».
