Advantages:

Всё чистенько , тихо , хозяйка хорошая , всегда на месте , всё расскажет и подскажет , где и что можно купить , как и куда пройти или проехать . Вода есть всегда , готовить на мангале одно удовольствие . Мне и дочке очень понравилось . Спальный район , ночью можно выспаться , музыка с набережной не донесется до ваших ушей . .
