Advantages:

Как в описании. Чисто и всё соответствует тому, что обещано. Бассейн чистый, двор чистый. Рядом магазины и столовые. До моря 20 минут, если идти медленно. Для детей и бассейн и качели.

Disadvantages:

Хотелось бы больше посуды в кухне. Мало тарелок, кружек и приборов.
